Friendly practice, optional participation
MastaPrep’s social features are for encouragement and friendly practice. Participation is optional.
- Choose a nickname that protects your privacy. Do not post your school, address, phone number, password or another person’s private information.
- Be respectful. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, impersonation and unwanted contact are not allowed.
- Compete fairly. Do not manipulate results, impersonate another student, coordinate abusive reports or exploit a feature to gain an unfair rank.
- Share only content you have the right to share. Do not post leaked test materials or use MastaPrep to help with cheating in a live exam.
- Ask before sharing another student’s name or results. Review an exported card before posting it elsewhere.
Reporting and what happens next
Use the available Report, Block or Remove friend controls when needed, or contact support@mastaprep.com. If there is immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services; MastaPrep support is not an emergency response service.
We review reports and may remove content, restrict social features or suspend an account where necessary. Where appropriate, we explain our decision and how to ask for a review. We may act before notifying someone when safety, security or law requires it. Reports are not public accusations, and a report alone does not prove wrongdoing.
XP, streaks and badges
XP, streaks and badges reflect activity within MastaPrep. They are not money, academic credit, official scores or a promise of an exam result.
