What to do if something on MastaPrep is hard to use, and what we will not claim.
We want MastaPrep to be usable by students with different access needs. If a page, question, graph or control is difficult to use, contact support@mastaprep.com with the page and a description of the problem. Tell us your preferred way to receive a reply. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will investigate and discuss an available alternative where possible.
We have not yet completed a formal accessibility assessment, so this page does not state a conformance level or carry a certification. Tested browser and assistive-technology support, known limitations and a review date will be published here after that assessment. Practice accommodations inside MastaPrep do not mean that official exam accommodations have been approved; those come from the exam provider.
